Cathedrals announce UK release of self-titled EP, share video for lead single ‘OOO AAA’

San Francisco-based duo Cathedrals have announced details of a new self-titled EP, out 8th June via National Anthem.

Brodie Jenkins and Johnny Hwin released the ‘Cathedrals EP’ in the US via Neon Gold Records last year. To celebrate the debut release in the UK, a video for the single ‘OOO AAA’ has been unveiled.

Directed by Frank Door and featuring Chris Swayne, the video sees Brodie Jenkins and Johnny Hwin performing the track in empty rooms and foggy corridors. Shot in monochrome with occasional colourful filters, there’s a film noir influence marking the mood of fatalism heard in the duo’s haunting vocals.
