Cat’s Eyes gatecrashed Buckingham Palace to perform a song
Rachel Zeffira and Faris Badwan disguised themselves as a Renaissance ensemble to gain entry.

Rachel Zeffira and Faris Badwan of Cat’s Eyes successfully sneaked into Buckingham Palace to perform one of their songs. Disguising their noir-pop truths with classical instruments, the duo snuck in under the guise of a Renaissance ensemble, performing to a private art function. Zeffira took up the Dulcian and Badwan took on vocal duties, while they were accompanied by a recorder and flute quintet. They performed ‘We’ll Be Waiting’ from their new album ‘Treasure House’, out 3rd June on RAF / Kobalt Music. Watch the incredible feat take place below and let’s pray Badwan and Zeffira don’t end up arrested.
