Charli XCX and Troye Sivan jet ski into the future for ‘2099’ video
“This is the best video ever,” says Charli.
Charli XCX and Troye Sivan have shared the video for their collaboration ‘2099’, which appeared on Charli’s recent self-titled LP.
The video sees the pair, who last teamed up for ‘1999’, doing away with nostalgia as they ride jet skis in the future on an eerily picturesque lake.
“This is the best video ever. I’m so happy I made it,” says Charli (tongue in cheek, we imagine).
“Troye and I are so talented. Thank you to Bradley and Pablo for directing and also to Troye, who trained so hard for the shoot. Enjoy.”
