Chastity Belt share new single ‘Joke’

Chastity Belt have shared a new track taken from their upcoming album, ‘Time To Go Home’.

‘Joke’ follows the title-track from earlier in 2015, with the album set to be released 23rd March by Hardly Art/Sub Pop (11th May in the UK). ‘Time To Go Home’ is the follow up to the band’s debut album ‘No Regerts’, released by Help Yourself in 2013

On ‘Joke’, the quartet apply their carefree attitude to a track with brighter and more melodic notes. Opening with rumbling bass licks, rhythms sway throughout the track as the group stretch out their sunnier riffs into a chugging final jam. Though it’s not as clamorous as ‘Time To Go Home’, there’s certainly a sense of fun and good humour on ‘Joke’.
