Watch Chvrches play ‘Miracle’ with BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra
Part of the ‘Beginning’ performance to launch the new BBC Scotland channel, it tracks the modern progress of the country.
New telly channel BBC Scotland is launching, and in line with the switch on, the Beeb have specially commissioned new film ‘Beginning’, celebrating modern Scotland and featuring footage of people from all across the country.
For the music, they’ve enlisted Chvrches, who have penned a special new version of ‘Miracle’, from last year’s ‘Love Is Dead’ LP, alongside conductor Paul Campbell.
The lush, orchestral new version is suitably dramatic and forceful given its visual backing. Watch it below.
Chvrches recently headed out on a UK tour in support of ‘Love Is Dead’, including a London show at Alexandra Palace. Read the DIY review of that show here.
