Last night, The National headlined Latitude 2016 with a triumphant, heart-wrenching set. Joining them on stage was none other than Lauren Mayberry of Chvrches, who themselves played a stormer just an hour or so beforehand.
Taking to the main stage to embellish The National’s ‘I Need My Girl’, Lauren kept words to a minimum in the delicate performance. This being 2016 and therefore The Future, phone footage of the performance has already found its way online - check it for yourself below.
