Circa Waves announce new album ‘Different Creatures’
The first preview arrives in the shape of absolute belter ‘Wake Up’.
Liverpool rabble Circa Waves have announced their second album ‘Different Creatures,’ and fittingly, their comeback sees them amping up, and chasing a heavier, beefier direction.
“Wake Up is a big and bold way to start,” reckons frontman Kieran Shudall. “It shows we’re not messing around anymore”. The overwhelming reaction to Circa Waves’ debut album ‘Young Chasers’ apparently gave the band a boost of confidence when it came to the follow-up. “When I saw the way that people connected with it,” Kieran continues, “I really started to believe in myself, I’m a different person now -I feel like I’ve got a fire in my belly with this record.”
Circa Waves’ new record is out on 10th March next year, and is co-produced by desk-manning powerhouse Alan Moulder (The Killers, Arctic Monkeys, Smashing Pumpkins).
