Coldplay share ‘Hymn For The Weekend’, featuring Beyoncé
‘A Head Full Of Dreams’ is out on Friday (4th December).
Coldplay release their seventh album ‘A Head Full Of Dreams’ this week, and have shared its most anticipated track, Beyoncé collaboration ‘Hymn For The Weekend’.
The track follows ‘Adventure Of A Lifetime’ and ‘Everglow’ in previewing the follow-up to last year’s ‘Ghost Stories’.
‘Hymn For The Weekend’ contains surprisingly little Beyoncé, but is a glowing, percussion-heavy trip regardless.
Coldplay are set to play a tiny London show the day before the album’s release (3rd December), heading to St John’s Church in Hackney this week. The intimate date arrives before their more standard stadium tour next summer. The band are also looking increasingly likely to headline next year’s Glastonbury Festival.
