Multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Cosmo Sheldrake is preparing to release his debut album, ‘The Much Much How How And I’ on 6th April 2018 via Transgressive Records, following a string of releases including his ‘Pelicans We’ EP and ‘Come Along’.
Ahead of the release, he’s shared brand new track ‘Mind of Rocks’. It features Brighton-based instrumentalist Bunty and was produced by Matthew Herbert (known for his work with the likes of Björk and Mica Levi). It also features a bunch of sounds that Cosmo had collected while preparing for his debut, including Panamanian bats, as well as an attempt to teach beat-boxing to a classroom of six year olds and a gale blowing in Scotland.
Cosmo is also heading out on a European tour next year, which includes a short, five-date run in the UK. He’ll be heading to Brighton, London, Manchester, Leeds and Bristol along the way. Tickets are on sale now.
