Creeper share new track ‘Teenage Sacrifice’
The band are set to release their third album ‘Sanguivore’ this October.
Gothic troupe Creeper have shared brand new single ‘Teenage Sacrifice’ today, doubling as the second preview of their forthcoming third album.
The band, who shared ‘Cry To Heaven’ earlier this year, will release ‘Sanguivore’ on 13th October via their new label home of Spinefarm Records: it’ll follow on from their debut ‘Eternity, In Your Arms’ and 2020’s bombastic ‘Sex, Death & the Infinite Void’.
Speaking of the new track, band frontman William Von Ghould has said: “The song introduces Mercy, the protagonist of the ‘Sanguivore’ narrative. She’s deceptively innocent yet savagely violent, and her ability to make people fall under her spell is just one indication that Mercy is not all that she seems.”
Their latest offering also accompanies by a suitably unsettling video, which sheds a little more light on their character of Mercy, and comes directed by Billy Howard Price and Jacek Zmarz. Check it out below.
Creeper will go on tour later this year - their planned dates are as follows:
NOVEMBER
05 Bristol, O2 Academy
06 Glasgow, Clyde Room
08 Nottingham, Rock City
09 Manchester, Academy
10 London, 02 Shepherd’s Bush Empire
