Crystal Fighters Unveil ‘You & I’ Video
The song features on the band’s forthcoming album, ‘Cave Rave’.
Crystal Fighters are due to release their second album, ‘Cave Rave’ next month, the ten-track record having been recorded in LA.
We’ve already heard first song to be shared from it with ‘Wave’, got over the slight disappointment that the rest of the songs featured don’t in fact rhyme with the album’s name, and witnessed the band’s live comeback with a super secret gig at London’s Hoxton Bar & Kitchen.
Now they’ve unveiled the video for another song taken from the album, which is released via Zirkulo/PIAS/Atlantic on 27th May.
‘You & I’ is, according to frontman Sebastian Pringle, ‘a song that describes how time can fly by at warp speed, or slow down into a dream, when you are in love. All the craziness going on around you hardly matters, all that’s on your mind is you and your lover and that’s it. Everything can be happening at once, but nothing is important, not even time, when you’re together.’.
Crystal Fighters head back out on tour from late May - following their appearance at The Great Escape. They’ll play KOKO in London on 23rd May.
Further UK dates will take place this November.
