Daniel Woolhouse (FKA Deptford Goth) shares ‘Map Of The Moon’ video

After shedding his zeitgeisty moniker, the producer’s shaking up his sound.

Fresh from a rebrand, Daniel Woolhouse is leaving his Deptford Goth moniker behind with ‘Map Of The Moon’, a hook-laden shaking up of his sparse RnB.

‘Map Of The Moon”s new video, streaming below, reflects that fresh, layer-upon-layer approach to his sky-scraping productions.

“I’m releasing under my own name because there was a shift in how I was approaching making things and it seemed to make sense to explore that with a new mindset,” explained Woolhouse to Noisey. “The video was made by a director called Jack Barraclough. The pace and atmosphere is really great with the song I think. Lyrically, the song contains these distractions along the way, from A to B. So the constant movement in the video, with incidents appearing and disappearing, works in parallel with that idea.”

Watch the ‘Map Of The Moon’ video below - Woolhouse’s new album is due later this year on 37 Adventures.
