‘Atrocity Exhibition’ is set for an autumn release.
Here’s one that’ll annoy yer da - Danny Brown has named his new album after a Joy Division song.
‘Atrocity Exhibition’, Brown’s fourth studio album, shares its name with the opening track to Joy Division’s second record, ‘Closer’, released in 1980 after singer Ian Curtis’ suicide.
Taking to Instagram for the announcement, Danny shared a snippet of Curtis’ lyrics from the track. See the post below - ‘Atrocity Exhibition’ (the Danny Brown album) is due this Autumn via Warp Records.
