Deap Vally Debut Due To Be Finished Early Next Year

The debut Deap Vally album has been a while in the works, but the band have now revealed that they’re planning on completing it early next year.

‘We’ve been recording in Los Angeles, we did some of it at the studio owned by the Cold War Kids,’ guitarist Lindsey Troy told DIY. ‘It’s a really beautiful studio with a lot of atmosphere, a really good vibe.

‘We’ve been over here [London] for about a month now, before that we were in the studio for a month. We did about ten songs or so, and when we go back in January, we’ll do four more songs and just pick the best ones for the album.’
