Deap Vally have been hard at work on their second album, with Yeah Yeah Yeahs guitarist Nick Zinner at the helm.

Taking to their Instagram account, the Californian duo recently have been keeping fans updated with progress on their forthcoming sophomore record, whilst confirming that Zinner has been taking on production duties.

In one of their latest posts, the pair alluded to recording being over and dedicated a message to Zinner, saying: “Nick, it’s been a true honor and an epic adventure making this record with you. Thank you for inspiring us, pushing us to be our best, and for putting up with us. Thank you for sharing your magic with us. We kind of can’t believe it’s over. We love you and will miss you. #dreamsdocometrue #thisrecordfuckingrules #sappyvally”

The band are also currently gearing up to head out on the road with Marilyn Manson.

Deap Vally released their debut record ‘Sistrionix’ back in 2013. Think back to it by listening to ‘Baby I Call Hell’ below.
