Deap Vally share ‘Two Seat Bike’ video
As stop-gap releases go, this is a gem.
Deap Vally have shared a video for track ‘Two Seat Bike’, taken from 2016 album ‘Femejism’.
The video features footage from the band’s Julie Edwards’ NYU thesis film, re-edited by John Stavas. The original film, ‘It’s Hard’, told the story of a high school girl suffering from penis phobia.
The video is one of three to be ‘unlocked’ by fans streaming the record. It comes after of the LA-based duo’s tour in support of Blondie and Garbage, and before June’s Finsbury Park show alongside Queens of the Stone Age.
Read our interview with Lindsey and Julie, as featured in the September 2016 issue here.
