Deers announce new 7” single, share ‘Castigadas en el granero’

Just a couple of days on from making their festival debut at Bestival, and ruling over London’s Corsica Studios a few days before that, Madrid four-piece Deers have announced plans to release a new single.

Following the ‘Demo’ 7”, the hyped-to-the-hills group are bringing out ‘BARN’ on 3rd November via Lucky Number Music / Mom + Pop. On new track ‘Castigadas en el granero’, Carlotta Cosials and Ana Garcia Perrote continue their usual to-and-fro of vocally tripping over each other, playing a tag team tame of delivery.

Catch-up with DIY’s report from Deers’ London gig last week. “It’s a unique thing to witness - a band diving headfirst into the future with brilliant intent. Wanting to be a part of this is just basic instinct,” we said.
