Demob Happy get dancing in the video for ‘Loosen It’
Their new album ‘Holy Doom’ is out later this month.
A little later this month (23rd March to be completely precise), Demob Happy are delivering us their second album ‘Holy Doom’ on SO Recordings.
A few weeks back they offered ‘Loosen It’ from the collection, a typically crunching rock stomper that saw Matt Marcantonio warning: “Take another step across the divide. Loosen up or risk losing something good”.
Now they’ve got a new video for the track and, in true Demob fashion, it’s completely homemade and features them pulling some, ahem, unique shapes. The band say: “The song’s about letting go, losing inhibition, welcoming that place. We tried to make a different, classier video, but we got too drunk and started dancing. You can’t deny it”. We can’t.
Demob Happy are also set to head out on a headline tour of the UK in April. Tickets are on sale now.
We recently caught up with the riffmongers to talk all about their new album. Read the full interview here.
