Disclosure return with new track ‘Moonlight’

Disclosure have been very quiet since they released their ‘Moog For Love’ EP halfway through 2016. Last year they revealed that 2017 would largely see Guy and Howard Lawrence taking a break from making music.

The start of 2018, though, saw the pair reveal that they’d begun work on a new album, which will be the follow-up to 2015’s ‘Caracal’.

Announcing the rest year for their Wild Life Festival, the pair said “with a busy recording schedule ahead as we embark on album number 3 we’re going to give the green grass of Shoreham Airport a break throughout 2018 and come back bigger and better in 2019”.

They’ve now returned with a new track! ‘Moonlight’ is a five-minute cut that samples ‘When I Fall In Love’, a track by Swedish acapella band The Real Group.

It’s not clear yet whether ‘Moonlight’ is the first preview of the forthcoming third LP, but enjoy it for now ‘til more news arrives.
