DIY Presents: Khushi & Oliver Wilde, The Old Blue Last, London
Exciting joint-headliners head up DIY’s free January showcase in East London.
As the new year rolls in (alright, alright, let us get on with Xmas etc.), heads begin to turn to new bands; fresh faces with the potential to set the agenda for the next 12 months.
Alongside Neu’s Hello 2014 shows (announcement TBA), DIY will be holding the reins of the Old Blue Last on Saturday 11th January 2014 for a free showcase of exciting new music.
The bill’s headed up by joint-headliners Khushi and Oliver Wilde.
Khushi’s softly-softly approach to spellbinding songwriting has sent Bon Iver fans flocking, and then some, while Bristol’s Oliver Wilde has broken through from local scene stalwart to genuine 2014 hopeful. His debut ‘A Brief Introduction To Unnatural Lightyears’ arrived earlier this year, but there’s a quick follow-up in the works.
It’s free entry, first come first served. Salvation Bill complete the line-up, with DIY DJs seeing in the night until 1.30am.
Catch up with both of our joint headliners below - we’ll see you in January (RSVP Here).
