DIY Weekly, 27th May 2013 - Out Now Feat. Disclosure, Crystal Fighters & More
The latest issue of our tablet magazine, DIY Weekly, is out now.

Disclosure’s forthcoming LP is only a week away. A little over six months ago the brothers were little-known by the mainstream, occasionally getting name dropped by their more famous friend, Jessie Ware. Then ‘White Noise’ happened, and just like that they were Number Two in the singles chart.
Since then, they’ve recruited a number of exciting collaborations (London Grammar, Sasha Keable) for what’s set to be one of the debuts of the year. This week’s DIY Weekly cover stars, Guy and Howard Lawrence discuss their rise from the Old Blue Last to festivals and - shortly - academies across the country.
Elsewhere in our new issue, Killer Mike talks about his collaborative work with producer extraordinaire El-P, Spectrals’ Louis Jones gives us the low down on his new album, and we head the the Great Escape, where we track down both B-Town up-and-comers Superfood, and Crystal Fighters.
Our Top 5 this week comes from Dungeonesse, who show off some of their camera(phone) work, and we also have words on tracks from The Weeknd and Smith Westerns, albums from Laura Marling, Mount Kimbie and CocoRosie, words with Childhood, a mix from Teleman, and a whole heap more.
DIY Weekly is available on iPhones as well as iPads. Grab the app now; you can buy editions from Apple Newsstand for just £1.99 each, or take up one of our many subscription offers.
