Don't forget about Dre
Dr. Dre streams new album ‘Compton A Soundtrack by Dr. Dre’
First album in sixteen years is out today.
The legendary Dr. Dre has released his first album in sixteen years. ‘Compton A Soundtrack by Dr. Dre’ has been released exclusively on Apple Music, after debuting in full via his very own Beats 1 station.
After gaining a full play on the streaming giant, it’s now available to purchase here.
The new release is a de-facto companion to ‘Straight Outta Compton’. It features a head-turning guest appearance from Eminem, plus slots from Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, King Mez and Xzibit.
Speaking about the release, Dre said: ““I kept it under wraps, and now the album is finished. It’s bananas…. I’m really proud of this.”
All money raised from ‘Compton’ will go towards setting up a performing arts and entertainment space in Compton.
