Sprints drop eviscerating new single ‘Trickle Down’
The Irish quartet are continuing their relentless live run this month with a string of European dates.

Having recently dropped a storming cover of Le Tigre’s iconic ‘Deceptacon’, now Sprints are back with a blistering new cut of their own.
Entitled ‘Trickle Down’, the Dublin band’s latest is, in their words, “about watching systems fail in slow motion, housing crisis, rising costs, culture wars, climate collapse, and being told to stay patient. It’s the frustration of a generation stuck in ‘wait mode’ while everything burns.”
It’s an apt follow up to Sprints’ incendiary second album ‘All That Is Over’, too, which arrived last year and cemented the quartet as some of rock’s most vital modern voices. Since then, they’ve been back on the road, resuming a relentless tour schedule that’s seen them most recently tear up venues across the USA.
Listen to ‘Trickle Down’ and find out where else Sprints are playing live this year below.

Sprints: Forged Through Fire
For over 18 months now, Sprints have barely paused for breath. The success of their 2024 debut album saw them play stages from Brooklyn to Berlin but, closer to home, the ground was shifting beneath them. As a series of seismic changes shook their very foundations, they had no option but to rebuild — themselves, and the band — in a new, stronger image.
