Duran Duran new album to feature Mark Ronson, Nile Rodgers, Janelle Monáe, Kiesza and more
The as-yet-untitled album will be released this September.
Tie up your yacht! Hide the keys to the speedboat! Duran Duran are to return with a brand new album.
The as yet untitled full-length, set for release in September, seems like it won’t just be one for the 80s survivors. Produced by Mark Ronson, Nile Rodgers and Mr. Hudson, it also features collaborations with Janelle Monáe, Kiesza, and former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante.
Co-producer Rodgers, it’s worth noting, previously produced Duran Duran’s ‘The Wild Boys’, as well as “The Reflex” remix and their 1986 album Notorious.
The first single - the as yet to be revealed ‘Pressure Off’ - will feature Monáe.
