Eaves shares lead single ‘Pylons’ from debut album
Leeds based Joseph Lyons will release ‘What Green Feels Like’ in April.
Leeds based singer-songwriter Joseph Lyons aka Eaves has shared the lead single from his debut album ‘What Green Feels Like’.
‘Pylons’ follows last month’s giveaway track ‘Spin’, with the album out on 27th April via Heavenly Recordings. The track was premiered on Huw Stephens’ BBC Radio 1 show yesterday evening.
On ’Pylons’, Lyons begins by guiding delicate and airy acoustics to a sonorous chorus, growling lyrics as the music becomes fuller. Howling through the verses, ‘Pylons’ gets richer by the second, with brass instruments peaking through the rhythm, rising and falling alongside the various melodies.
