ELLiS-D, congratulations, Bottle Rockets & more confirmed to play Twisterella 2026
The Middlesborough event will return to the city on Saturday 3rd October.

The first names for this year’s edition of Middlesborough new music event Twisterella have been confirmed, with the likes of Brighton experimentalist ELLiS-D, party-rock pros congratulations and Glasgow quartet Bottle Rockets leading the first announcement.
The multi-venue event is set to return to the city on Saturday 3rd October, and will again focus on spotlighting the best of new talent when it takes over spaces including Teesside University Students’ Union and Middlesbrough Town Hall Crypt.
Other names announced in this first announcement are Celia Grace, Curiosity Shop, Doss, Gifthorse, Hector Gannet, Robyn Errico, Sarah Johnsone, Scotstown Dance Band, sundayclub and The Slow Country.
