Ex Hex share video for ‘Waterfall’

Ex Hex release debut album, ‘Rips’ this week - the band featuring ex-Helium and Wild Flag guitarist Mary Timony alongside Laura Harris and Betsy Wright.

They’ve also shared a video for one of the album’s number, ‘Waterfall’, as directed by cartoonist M. Wartella, and featuring cameos from Kid Congo Powers (Cramps, Gun Club), Michelle Mae (Make*Up), Francy Z. Graham (Chain & The Gang), and Alec MacKaye (Dischord, Ignition).

Wartella explains ‘Waterfalls’ as “basically Rock & Roll Space Vixens invade Washington, DC. I wanted to give the awesome ladies of Ex Hex the Ed Wood treatment and create something like a Russ Meyer or Corman film: Fast, Cheap & Out of Control.”
