Exclusive: Dark Horses Debut Video For ‘Boxing Day’
It’s a typically dark presentation of mind-bending images from the Sweden-based leather-clad troupe.
DIY has been given an exclusive play of the new Dark Horses video, for ‘Boxing Day’.
On the verge of releasing a debut album this autumn through Last Gang Entertainment, the band spent their time in leather jackets, fusing harsh electronics with the assured vocals of Swedish frontman Lisa Elle.
‘Boxing Day’ sounds like it leapt out from the very heart of the most recent Liars album, with standalone synth lines lending energy to harsh bass notes and those stunning vocals. The video is suitably dark and pensive, with a series of images - from skulls to still-shots of the band members themselves - adding haunting energy to the already terrifying song.

Dark Horses will perform at London’s Electrowerkz on Wednesday 13th June.
