Exclusive: Mr Fogg To Release New Single ‘A Little Letting Go’

DIY can exclusively reveal that Mr Fogg is planning to release the second single to come from forthcoming album.

‘A Little Letting Go’ looks set to be released through Kicking Ink/ Kompakt on the 28th May.

This new track follows on from the release of the first single to be taken from his anticipated second record, ‘Stay Out Of The Sun’ which was released back in January.

Mr Fogg has even given us a little insight into the track itself: “It’s a song about how people behave in a crisis. Grabbing somebody by the lapels and trying to get them to snap out of their state of shock and do something about it. But it’s also sympathetic, even optimistic - that even the most stubborn of us can be persuaded with the right encouragement.’

Mr Fogg’s forthcoming album ‘Eleven’ - which was recorded at Fogg’s Oxford studio and subsequently completed during three trips to Greenhouse Studios in Reykjavik with Valgeir Sigurdsson - is due for release later this year.
