Overall, Charli xcx leads the (brat)pack with five nominations - the most any artist has received this year - for Artist of the Year, Mastercard Album of the Year, Song of the Year with Mastercard, Dance Act and Pop Act.
Other acts in the running to pick up prizes at this year’s ceremony include former DIY cover stars The Last Dinner Party, Rachel Chinouriri and Beabadoobee, as well as the likes of Ezra Collective, Sam Fender, Dua Lipa, Fred again.., JADE, Chappell Roan, English Teacher and many more.
This year’s BRIT Awards is set to take place at The O2 in London on Saturday 1st March, with the show being presented by comedian Jack Whitehall. Nominees including JADE, Myles Smith, and The Last Dinner Party are also set to perform live on the night, and we for one will be tuning in for what JADE’s called her “huge, chaotic pop moment”.
