Ezra Collective team up with M.anifest and Moonchild Sanelly for new single ‘Streets Is Calling’
The Mercury Prize winners are embarking on a headline tour of the UK and Europe this Autumn.
Having recently confirmed details of their forthcoming new album ‘Dance, No One’s Watching’ (due out on 27th September), Ezra Collective have now shared the LP’s next single, ‘Streets Is Calling’.
It follows the release of recent tracks ‘Ajala’ and ‘God Gave Me Feet For Dancing’, both of which feature Yazmin Lacey; this time, the 2023 Mercury Prize winners have joined forced with M.anifest and Moonchild Sanelly for a number which they note “brings together the sounds of Highlife, Amapiano and Afrobeats, continuing to lead listeners to the dancefloor”.
Continuing, the band’s Femi Koleso has explained: “‘Streets Is Calling’ is about the feeling when people call you up and message you and say ‘yo, there’s this party happening tonight’, and that’s all you need. The Streets have called. We’re gonna go straight to this dance floor to make it our own.”

What’s more, Ezra Collective are set to hit the road over the next few months to play a series of headline dates around the UK and Europe in support of ‘Dance, No One’s Watching’, including a historic turn at London’s OVO Arena Wembley (making them the first UK jazz act to headline the venue).
