Fall Out Boy offer up new ‘Ghostbusters’ theme song
The band have recruited Missy Elliott for a completely new revamp of the iconic theme tune.
It’s safe to say that just about everybody knows the theme tune to Ghostbusters, and it’s now official: Fall Out Boy have offered up a new rendition of the track.
Featuring Missy Elliott, their new version of ‘Ghostbusters (I’m Not Afraid)’ is set to accompany the reboot of the 1984 film and let’s just say it - just like the film itself - is a biiiit different to the original. The 2016 version of the film is due for release next month.
The band’s soundtrack contribution comes ahead of their slot co-headlining this year’s Reading and Leeds festivals. They’ll be topping the bill alongside Biffy Clyro at the August Bank Holiday weekender from 26th to 28th August.
