Flying Lotus set to direct short film at Sundance
It’ll be his directional debut.
Flying Lotus is set to make his debut as a film director in August, taking the helm of a short film at Sundance’s NEXT FEST in Los Angeles.
He’s going to be directing under the alias “steve” (amazing..), with which he will present a short film called ‘Royal’.
The festival is also set to feature performances from Shamir and Sunflower Bean.
NEXT FEST takes place from 12th-14th August at the Ace Hotel in Los Angeles. Last year, Flying Lotus scored a short film for the festival, tentatively titled ‘FUCKKKYOUUU’. Revisit that below.
