Foals, Octavian added to OFF Festival
New names have been added to Polish festival OFF.
Foals, Octavian, Tirzah and Stereolab are among the new names for the event, which takes place between 2nd and 4th August in Katowice.
They join acts including Suede, Neneh Cherry, Superorganism, Black Midi, Loyle Carner and Aldous Harding across the three days.
