Foo Fighters announce three massive UK shows
The band have scheduled their return to the UK, and they’ll be playing at Milton Keynes’ Bowl.
It’s been a bumpy ride for Foo Fighters recently: from broken legs to cancelling their headlining set at Glastonbury, the band have been dealt their fair share of bad luck recently, but never fear: it’s all about to turn around. They’ve announced some new UK shows.
Having now made their live comeback, after frontman Dave Grohl injured himself during their European tour earlier this year, the band have confirmed plans to return to our shores later this year for a special trio of shows. They’ll be playing two nights at the iconic Milton Keynes Bowl, before heading up north to appear at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium this September.
Tickets for the three new UK shows will go on sale this Friday (17th July) at 10am. Iggy Pop is set to open proceedings at Milton Keynes, while Royal Blood and Honeyblood will appearing in Edinburgh.
The dates are as follows.
SEPTEMBER
05 The National Bowl, Milton Keynes
06 The National Bowl, Milton Keynes
08 Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh
The real question is, will Dave be bringing his throne with him? Only time will tell…
