Funeral For A Friend Reveal New Video For ‘The Distance’
Here’s a new visual clip to be taken from the band’s forthcoming sixth album ‘Conduit’.
It’s fair to say that there have been a fair few changes in the Funeral For A Friend camp in recent years. Most recently, in mid-2012, the band saw their drummer of the past ten years leave the band to pursue other projects, during the recording process of their sixth full-length album.
However, it’s not like FFAF aren’t strong enough to overcome any obstacles in their way: since then, they’ve recruited ex-Rise To Remain drummer Pat Lundy, re-recorded all of Ryan Richards’ parts (out of respect for the previous member) and completed work on their forthcoming ‘Conduit’.
Now that they’re gearing up for release of their sixth record in a decade, the band have unveiled the brand new video for the shorter-than-usual ‘The Distance’, which rolls in at a succinct two minutes thirty.
Having grown even more confident in their sound since 2011’s ‘Welcome Home Armageddon’, check out the ‘on the road’ style video - which marries perfectly with the song’s theme - below.
Funeral For A Friend release ‘Conduit’ through Distiller Records on 28th January, before heading out on tour later this month.
