Future Islands air ‘A Song for Our Grandfathers’ video
Clip lands ahead of Father’s Day.
Future Islands have shared a new video for ‘A Song for Our Grandfathers’, arriving ahead of the UK’s celebration of Father’s Day.
The new clip - directed by Jay Buim - pits Future Islands in the centre of a family reunion in North Carolina. Samuel T. Herring and co. perform to a party of a couple of dozen relatives, who all look just as impressed as Letterman.
North Carolina will also be the host of Future Islands’ 1000th live show, taking place on 26th Juy at Carrboro Commons, with Danny Brown, Dan Deacon and more.
Next week sees Future Islands playing Glastonbury Festival, before they play the following shows:
