Gallows Announce New Frontman, Live Show

The new line up will play a show in London this December.

Gallows have confirmed that former Alexisonfire member Wade MacNeil is their new frontman, following the recent departure of Frank Carter.

Carter left the band in July, citing ‘different ideas’ as the cause. He also revealed that he will be starting a new band, called Pure Love.

Alexisonfire, meanwhile, only announced their split last weekend, as guitarist Dallas Green wanted to concentrate on his other project City and Colour.

‘In addition to that,’ the band said in a statement, ‘Wade was recently asked to join another band and he felt it was an opportunity he would like to pursue.’

The new line up will play a show at London’s XOYO on 13th December. Tickets will go on general sale on Friday 12th August.
