Watch: Gengahr get colourful in the video for ‘Mallory’

Their new album ‘Where Wildness Grows’ is out next year.
Gengahr are currently on a European tour with Jungle (!) but they’ve still found the time to share a vibrant video for their latest single ‘Mallory’, the latest from their upcoming album ‘Where Wildness Grows’, due out on 9th March.
The clip’s been created by Dan Jacobs, who also worked with the band on their visuals for ‘Carrion’. It takes the viewer on a colourful trip through bright, painted vistas and occasionally soaring across landscapes.
Speaking of working with Dan, the band said: “We’re all big fans of Dan Jacobs; we felt the elegant and colourful nature of his videos would harmonize with our music. The process of working together has been really easy. We discussed the colour palettes we thought would compliment the sentiment of the song and then left it up to him to interpret the lyrics into a visual form as he saw fit. The end product is really loose vibrant and fun”.
Gengahr have also got plans to tour the UK next year! The dates - which conclude with a show at The Globe in Cardiff - will take place after their album’s release on 9th March. Tickets for the shows are on sale now.
