Gerard Way covers The Turtles’ classic ‘Happy Together’
It features Ray Toro, and is hella cute.
After he took on Simon & Garfunkel’s ‘A Hazy Shade of Winter’ for it last month, Gerard Way has now turned his hand to another ‘60s hit - recording a version of The Turtles’ bouncy ‘Happy Together’.
The track is once again for the former My Chemical Romance frontman’s comic-turned-Netflix series Umbrella Academy, and once again also features former bandmate Ray Toro.
Gerard, of course, released solo debut full-length ‘Hesitant Alien’ back in 2014.
Listen to ‘Happy Together’ below.
