Happyness share new video for ‘A Whole New Shape’
Single is taken from upcoming re-issue of ‘Weird Little Birthday’.
Happyness have shared a video for current single ‘A Whole New Shape’, taken from their debut album ‘Weird Little Birthday’. The London-based trio’s 2014 release is set for a re-issue by Moshi Moshi Records on 30th March.
Directed by Jacek Zmarz, the video sees the trio performing the single through a multi-layered lens, giving it an aqueous, psychedelic impression. Leaning towards a #budget and lo-fi influence, members start to blend into each other as the visibility decreases and the camera focus becomes a blurry whirlwind.

Happyness will play Brighton’s Great Escape Festival (14th-16th May), where DIY is an Official Media Partner. Tickets are on sale now. Visit diymag.com/presents for more information.
