Hear James Blake debut a new track on Radio 1 residency with SOHN

Last night, Radio 1’s two kings of residencies - Sohn and James Blake - decided to join forces, with the latter showcasing a brand new track.

Previously on his Radio 1 residencies, James Blake has invited his 1-800 Dinosaur crew into the studio, where they’ve hosted fake interviews with Burial, as well as debuting exclusive Jamie xx tracks under a false guise. In Sohn’s previous residencies, he’s debuted new material from the likes of William Arcane.

Last night’s show proved new different - around the 1 hour, 50 minute mark, Blake shared a previously unheard song of his. He was also joined in the studio by Connan Mockasin for a tongue-in-cheek interview.

Sohn meanwhile was responsible for debuting the brand new Oceaán single, as well as showcasing music from Arca and Banks.
