Hippo Campus surge forward with new ‘Violet’ single

There’s been a youthful exuberance to everything Hippo Campus have touched to date, but with their new single ‘Violet’ - streaming via DIY below - they’re shining brighter than ever before.

Still hot off the back of a Huw Stephens play on Radio 1 last night, the Minnesotan indie-rock darlings’ latest sees them take huge leaps forward. Signing to Transgressive off the back of massive SXSW earlier this year, non-stop momentum has backed every move this lot have taken, and that excitement leaks into ‘Violet”s euphoric surges of ceiling-busting melody as each chorus hits.
