London quartet Honey Lung have already shown they know how to make a fabulous racket, but now they’ve returned with an offering of an altogether lusher kind.
‘Stuttering Mind’, the latest release from the alt-rock group, pushes the reverb to the fore, concocting a swirling, hazy pillow of sound to sink your head down into. It’s shoegaze, but with a more accessible, melodic slant than some of their impenetrable sonic forbearers; close your eyes, stick your headphones on and give in.
