Iamamiwhoami Plots 2013 Brixton Show, ‘Kin’ Prologue

Iamamiwhoami - aka Jonna Lee - is planning to play a one-off London date in May of next year, putting in an appearance at Electric Brixton.

The gig follows on from debut full-length ‘Kin’, and will coincide with that releases’ prologue, ‘Bounty’, which was previously only available as a series of videos on YouTube.

DIY caught up with Lee before the release of ‘Kin’. Speaking of the project’s release method, she told us: “Every event in our storyline has a purpose. The releases coming from iamamiwhoami are episode based. Function and purpose will always be the motive to how these episodes are shared, musically and visually. The work done needs to be able to speak for itself.”
