Iron & Wine announce new EP ‘Weed Garden’, share lead track ‘What Hurts Worse’
It’s the first new music since last year’s ‘Beast Epic’
Iron & Wine have announced the release of a new EP ‘Weed Garden’, following on from last year’s ‘Beast Epic’ album. They’ve also shared the lead track from the EP ‘What Hurts Worse’, which you can listen to below.
‘Weed Garden’ features six songs that were part of the writing process for ‘Beast Epic’ but for various reasons were never quite finished, according to a press release.
The EP will include fan favourite ‘Waves of Galveston’, which has been part of the band’s live show for the past few years, but has never previously been released.
‘Weed Garden’ will be released on 31st August 2018 via Sub Pop.
