It’s coming home… ‘Three Lions’ is set to enter the Top 40

World Cup fever is taking a hold in England right now - you can’t move for ‘it’s coming home’ memes or stories about waistcoat sales going through the roof courtesy of our brave leader Gareth Southgate.

The soundtrack to all this footy-related excitement has, of course, been Baddiel, Skinner & The Lightning Seeds’ 1996 opus ‘Three Lions’, and it’s now set to infiltrate the charts!

Ahead of England’s quarter final clash with Sweden on Saturday (7th July), ‘Three Lions’ looks set to re-enter the Top 40 singles chart. What a world!

Still a classic 22 years on, it’s defining a nation in the belief that maybe - MAYBE - it is actually coming home.
