James Blake teases new album ‘Assume Form’
A leak indicating a January release has been followed up by a new website.
Over the Christmas break, a leak on Amazon France indicated that a new James Blake album called ‘Assume Form’ would be coming out this month.
The leak appears to be coming true, with the singer now teasing the follow-up to 2016’s ‘The Colour In Anything’ himself.
A projection has appeared on London’s Shoreditch High Street train station bearing the album’s name, and the singer shared an Instagram story of the same projection in New York’s Times Square. You can view both below.
He’s also launched a new website which seems to play new music on loop.
The Amazon leak contained a tracklist for the album, which includes recent Mount Kimbie-featuring single ‘Don’t Miss It’, but omits last year’s ‘If The Car Beside You Moves Ahead’.
James Blake is set to take ‘Assume Form’ on a US headline tour which begins in Atlanta next month.
