Simon Davies, CEO of Teenage Cancer Trust, comments: ‘Music plays a huge role in most young people’s lives, whatever they’re going through, and it’s a big part of Teenage Cancer Trust. Six young people are diagnosed with cancer every day. One minute life’s about music, clothes, gigs and hanging out with mates. The next minute life is on hold and they’re in a hospital ward with no-one their age and feeling very isolated. We’re immensely proud of these gigs which raise the money we need to help give young people the fight and attitude they need to beat cancer.’
