Jessie Ware previews ‘Cruel’ track from new album
‘Tough Love’ is out this October.
Jessie Ware is streaming another luscious, smoothed-out take from her romantic new album ‘Tough Love’.
‘Cruel’ gets by on soaring synth pads and a classically-inspired take on songwriting that remains a running theme of her second album, the follow-up to ‘Devotion’.
It packs one hell of a chorus (“Do us both a favour / if you wanna do the real thing”) and it links up with ‘Sometimes… Kind Of… Maybe’, ‘Say You Love Me’ and ‘Tough Love’ in previewing the record.
‘Tough Love’ is out 13th October on PMR Recordings.
